      CEMEX USA is a great school to develop talent. Lots of learning opportunities to develop when early in your career.

      Cons

      Executives do not rotate much for certain areas. Since there is no upper movement to pull everyone up, there is typically more rotation than expected.

      Benefits are awesome, location was great proximity to my neighborhood

      scheduling, crazy hours, no family time, breaks for lunch not allowed, unrealistic expectations, bathroom breaks are a hard no. So many cons to list
