      Nothing/Mentally Exzustaing and yiu work for nothing besides eat ,sleep,.repeat.

      Cons

      Extreme amount of overtime where you basically live there. It seems that no matter how hard you work it's never enough for management and plant is keep braking down daily.The company has been firing management and anyone that holds a title.
