      Pros

      I love working here. I have support from the leadership. They are loyal to their employees. They are sympathetic when needed. The pay is great. They are generous. NO WORK FROM HOME: meaning you dont have get a laptop, you are expected to spend time with your family (they actually ask if what you did with the family).

      Cons

      No work from home. Everyone is expected to work in the office 8 hours a day.

      Pros

      Owner and COO have engineering backgrounds. They are very engaged in driving the development and improvements in the core product. All Remote Work (to date) Small, multicultural, internationally-disbursed team

      Cons

      Not for you if you require a lot of structure, routine, or existing SOP resources [to date] to guide you through the work. Requires a lot of documentation as we work. No hoodies (to date)

      Startup, easy to get to know every coworker

      Cons

      CEO cares more about eating lunch for over an hour than their employees. A lot of bugs with their software and wasn't really trying to fix them. A lot of downtime
