The CEO has filled all his family and relatives in key positions. Some of them are not even graduates but are in leadership roles because of nepotism. They are incompetent and make other employees' life hell. They misbehave with women employees and get away with it. The CEO listens to only his family members. The culture is so bad that no deserving and capable employee can survive here.
