Great people, working culture and progressive outlook

Sometimes disorganised and salary could be a bit better

Small teams are well-bonded and collaborating together wery well, despite the chaos coming down form executive and uper management levels. Teammembers had eachother's backs, were supporting of eachother, despite the dicouraging situation cascading down.

Chaos. Constantly changing goal-posts, ever-changing strategy, projects being abandoned mid-way or discarded and reversed after months of hard work of multiple teams, false-sense of community, all under false pretences. I know some good, dedicated and knowledgabe workers chosing to quit without back-up plan than stay in this environment. Until exec team changes or stabilzes its directive - this will remain a toxic place to work in.
