Pros
Day to day was good, it was the owners and C-level who had no idea how to operate.
Cons
CEO is clueless about the industry. Makes promises to the board of directors who apparently have zero idea of what actually goes on in the business. If they knew the reality of how the industry works/how to sell the product they wouldnt be where they are.
CEO fires people to scapegoat themself while hiring even less experienced staff to replace them. The product is actually good but leadership has zero clue how to sell it and cut corners in manufacturing to increase "profit" because they don't understand the math behind product quality, costs, pricing, and sales volume despite having the data. Don't accept a job offer unless you have something lined up but need a hold over position. The remaining people are all looking for a way out, don't be the next fool.
I guarantee they spend more time trying to figure out who this is than actually fixing their broken business model. Au revoir.
