No support from upper management, no scope definition from Marketing and Management on product requirements. Engineering left alone defining and implementing what they feel is needed by the customers.
The Headquarters has asked to cut cost overhead and since there are only 1 or 2 people in all the other departments, engineering was cut more than half causing absolutely no support for a new project.
Most of the development is to answer a request of a customers that does not want to pay and that will result is a extensive loss of money (no ROI on 99.9 % of the projects).
