      Teams work well together. You see bright people who are dedicated to finding solutions even though there are no training programs and we work on legacy platforms. Good benefits for full time employees. Relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Primary revenue coming from magazine business which is in a free fall. Very little investment in the business. Lots of turnover.

      The work is generally easy.

      Cons

      Management is a bit wishy-washy and indirect. Working environment is very gossipy and ending up on anyone's bad side can unfortunately, heavily effect you. They are not keen on new ideas or employees standing up for themselves. Unexpected layoffs, with terrible severance. Hard work is not rewarded. Low pay.
