Couldn't agree more that we have great people here at CDS Global and they are the reason for our positive culture. We also realize the value in allowing employees to flex their schedules and balance their personal lives with their work priorities. We completely understand your concern with the increases and that has been a point of emphasis for our executive staff. Hopefully you realized a bigger increase in this last review period than you have in past years. This will continue to be a priority as we realize growth in our diversification efforts. As with most companies our benefits will continue to be reviewed on an annual basis.
