Pros
One of the best working enviroments I've experienced, from the facilities themselves to services and perks available to employees. The company is highly profitable and able to take care of your needs and you can expect above average salary in your field. Very flexible work hours given you do your job well and contribute to results/bottom line. Company has a flat management structure/hierarchy, with no unnecessary meetings so you can mostly just focus on your job.
Cons
Culture is kinda "un-friendly" and dull with unspoken expectations of high-performance and long hours from management, but that's just my experience. CEO/founder is in a world of his own with a bit of authoritative management style.
