Pros
-Good age diversity of employees -Can move jobs in different OHG agencies fairly easily -Some good, interesting clients -Has extra opportunities to learn (education portals)
Cons
-Most leadership does not respect work/life balance and will guilt you into working harder/longer (reprimanded when you don't abide) -Leadership plays favorites and turns a blind eye whenever they deem appropriate -Agency teams often are not all on the same page, sometimes difficult to see eye-to-eye with team members and drive business forward (lots of spinning) -Some clients are disrespectful and the agency leadership does not step in to help maintain productive partnerships (set boundaries) -Made to feel guilty for taking time off, often request you be available on cell phone when "off" -Often forced to do extra curricular programs that were unpaid and even if successful/met goals, would not amount to anything -Leaders would get caught up in little things - making a big fuss about being on camera but not actually working with a team to resolve client challenges, issues, questions
