Pros
Good environment,. Few offices so everyone feels like they are on an equal plane. Okay benefits and the mission statement and goals are very modern. Have some great high volume clients.
Cons
Senior Management has changed 3 times since 2013 leaving middle management to tow the line and keep everyone intact and invested. If you have a desk job or an operations related account management role, you may find a steady environment on a small team, and that's why they get 2 stars. From a sales and recruitment perspective for a new opening, stay away until they evolve.
