Cons
The company does an excellent job putting forth an image of professionalism, but in reality it is the most disorganized place I have ever worked. Promises are not followed up with, and the primary concern is bringing in money, with customer and employee satisfaction finishing at the bottom of priorities. I would warn anyone accepting a job here that for the U.S., 80% of new hires leave this company within the first 2 years. It's an okay transition job but an absolutely horrible long term investment. Be prepared for a massive amount of mistakes and disgruntled employees/customers who are not proud to be working alongside CDE. Management has been told time and again what needs to change, but ignores advice until it is too late. I do not see a bright future ahead for CDE. I feel sad for the few good people I left behind and sincerely hope that this company will take this review as an eye-opener as to what the organization needs most.
