Worst place to work, no R&D particularly in InDG team.Corrupted Finance Management - Project Engineer - I CDAC Hyderabad Employee Review

It is worst place to work in InDG wing. There is no support and motivation for betterment of employees. There is no Reasearch & Development work. If one is performing good and contributing towards CDAC aim of imparting education as a trainer, is not appraised and made feel bad, even though one get best feedbacks from students.There is biasness while appraisal. They treat so badly by making idle for months, until one suffocate to resign. Financial Management is corrupt.
