Pros
Networking with other companies; It's a tiny company so you will develop camaraderie with the few other employees at your level who are also subject to the poor treatment and hostile work environment while you all look for new jobs.
Cons
Overworked and underpaid is the least of your worries there. Everybody would like to think that truly greedy and malicious business owners are hard to come by in the world but unfortunately there are two prime examples running this company. The owner/president has brought on her husband as "COO" and he is only an extension of her own unethical tactics, while serving 0 productive purpose in the business. They take advantage of their employees and deliberately cheat their vendors. They change employee agreements, contracts and salaries without warning or reason. You will be treated as if they own you. It doesn't take long before anybody hired there is desperately trying to get out. Don't expect anything from offering your hard work and dedication to this company because you will be used and taken advantage of until you are literally working 24/7 and have no living outside of making this husband and wife richer. You'll be employed until they have gotten all of the overtime work, the resources and the connections out of you then get rid of you to hire the next poor naive soul like they have done over and over in the past. Cristina also isn't afraid to lie on employment verification calls, not to mention bash and denounce hardworking former employees for no reason. If you are a job seeker do not work for them. If you are a translator/vendor do not work with them. If you are a business in need of languages services look somewhere else.
