Pros
The telework policy was 100% remote when I worked there; the 401K plan isn’t special (3% match) but can be helpful for new employees.
Cons
There is no way to advance, especially if you are a junior or middle level employee. Your supervisor is likely the only person with a higher role than yours and there is little internal promotion despite having over 100 employees. There were no professional development training offered. Staff planning events are overworked and underpaid for the amount of time they spend. Staff left in droves around the time before I resigned due to upper management lack of care for their operations staff. Don’t expect to get a yearly bonus either. They think a cheap gift card is good enough for your putting in unpaid overtime.
