So Flexible - Senior Information Services Specialist CCSI Case Coordination Employee Review

Pros

Of all the places I have ever worked, CCSI is the most understanding and flexible. Social Services can be rough and this company has shown that when it comes to family, they have their priorities straight. My mom needed me and every request I made for schedule changes and time off was approved without a fight, without making me feel guilty. Supervisory staff can be firm, but are fair.

Cons

As in every place I've worked, coworkers who have time on their hands gossip and bring the morale down. It's frustrating and there are reviews on here that are simply not true.

Pros

Flexible with time-off/vacation requests. Some free snacks/food. Make your own schedule for meetings with clients, etc. Good program & service for clients age 60 and over.

Cons

Too flexible with some staff & allow them to not be at work as much without consequence. Management doesn't take crictism/being challenged well; will deflect blame to their staff & make it personal. Appears to only work well with their staff who's a "yes" ma'am. Management will say their staff is gossiping when the gossip was started by them because how they would say different things to different staff behind closed doors and tried turning staff against one another. Overall, lots of pettiness and personal attacks when management don't like it when issues are brought up (not open-minded or accountability on their part). Not fairly paid regardless of your prior experience and work ethic. New employees get paid close to current employees' wage, which they probably see this as fair advantage but a jab to current employees who have more experience. Won't meet state's mileage reimbursement. Be warned about the wear and tear of your personal vehicle. Lack of support for success and always feel like you're drowned with never-ending workload. And burnout of the workload is considered non-existent.
