      Pros

      The culture and team within the business is what makes CCS! No two days are the same and we always puts our clients needs first. I have witnessed over the years how the business has developed and expanded to provide clients with the latest solutions and technology available. I would highly recommend working with us and becoming part of a great, dynamic team!

      Cons

      The industry is always evolving and new solutions are always being brought to the market - the challenge is keeping up with all of the acronyms.

      Pros

      CCS has been around for over 30 years so you have the security of a longstanding business but with the excitement of a startup as the business continues to grow, expand and develop. The people are a great bunch to work with and always happy to help each other out and work together. Great place to work for someone who is wanting to make there mark or progress as you are given the space to develop your own leads.

      Cons

      Very competitive market so you need to be able to handle rejection and be on the ball. Can be long days when getting a lot of No's (but this is the same in any sales role. For none drivers location could be a problem but this is a area management are looking at.
