      This company truly values its employees. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and transparent, which creates a really positive work environment. I’ve had the opportunity to grow in my role and build skills that actually matter. The team culture is collaborative and respectful, and it’s clear that people genuinely care about their work. Work-life balance is respected, and the benefits package is solid.

      Every company has room to grow, but honestly, nothing major stands out.

      Pros

      - The remote work option is a plus (If your supervisor decides to let you). - My supervisor is great now, very knowledgeable & helps greatly when it comes to learning the actual job (it is unfortunate that this is not always the case, really hit or miss with supervisors). - Reasonable amount of time off (if you can get it approved and provide good enough explanation of why you need time off).

      Cons

      - Definitely have some PTSD from the first office location that I worked at due to the micromanagement & constant toxicity from that particular supervisor - Definitely some "Rules are for thee, not for me" type management. - It's nice that benefits are offered, however, the medical benefits refuse to cover almost anything. Considering just getting independent medical insurance at this point.
