People First Workplace! Excellent Work Environment - Anonymous employee CCMR3 Employee Review

CCMR3 is an excellent place to work! All of my friends and family constantly tell me how lucky I am when I tell them about my job. I have gotten 2 promotions since working for CCMR3, people are incredibly valued and the growth of this company is second to none. I work a very flexible hybrid schedule and my manager is very understanding when it comes to me being a parent to 2 children. CCMR3 is very "People First" and do so much employee engagement with all employees working across the country to make everyone feel like part of the team! Constant employee gifting, top notch swag, incredible culture!! In office employees are treated to a kitchen full of drinks and snacks, breakfast items, Cafe Kubal coffee and a professional grade espresso machine! The list goes on and on.
