Pros
The office environment is laid back, they have flex scheduling, and you can work from home some days. You can wear whatever you want when clients aren't in the office.
Cons
Culture is almost intrusive. They have too many awkward "events" that shouldn't happen in a professional atmosphere. Benefits could be better.
