      Pros

      Nothing. You think they will set you up for success until you start working and realize they lied.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what's going on with any departments and communication is terrible. They will change your schedule with no warning or reason and that changes pay. They don't care about their employees.

      Remote work and great people. And I like their values.

      Pay could be more competitive, running out of work is worrisome sometimes. Kind of disorganized.
