Pros
Very generous with pay and yearly bonus. Some interesting projects and somewhat flexible on the work schedule as far as working remote.
Cons
Priorities are constantly shifting making is difficult to plan and organize. Upper management seems mainly product focused on not so much on the team members. Doesn't seem to be any kind of career path and very little good feedback from managers.
