The lovely children and families at the setting - who deserve so much more.
Cons
Toxic Values - Micromanagement, lots of anxiety provoking management styles which causes major distress. Buisness is prioritised over the health and wellbeing of staff and children. Lack of development in the role - Company does not provide adequate enough CPD however expect staff to work under standards which have not been made clear to you. Mental Health and wellbeing - Lack of care towards staff, advertised as a perk but not put into practice. In fact the company does the opposite and drives staff to poor mental and physical health, but do not take accountability for that.
