Lack of development in the role - Company does not provide adequate enough CPD however expect staff to work under standards which have not been made clear to you. Mental Health and wellbeing - Lack of care towards staff, advertised as a perk but not put into practice. In fact the company does the opposite and drives staff to poor mental and physical health, but do not take accountability for that.
