Have been working for CBRE SSC for 2 years and did not get any promotion or salary raise for this time, despite hard work and a lot of time spent in the office. got only big Thank U and respect which unfortunately cannot be put in the pocket. Only when announcing about my decision to leave, Management offered me 30% raise and another position! No raise or promotions among young specialist, late reward (month of April in comparison to Jan-Feb in other copo's), lack of necessary trainings and self-development, time-consuming red tape corpo procedures that kill your precious time
