      Learning the importance of having strong policies & procedures.

      Too many policies & procedures! It took forever to get any project etc up and running, let alone completed!

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
