      Pros

      Some of the offices are nice. Certain teams are also nice and care about mentoring younger members.

      Cons

      Not at all diverse. Low paying. Stressful work environment. Everyone just wants to make money. No work/life balance. Many of your coworkers will be dumb as a bag of rocks.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
