Pros

CBRE bought the company so maybe they will get out of their own way now and actually improve customer service.

Cons

Software company that tries to also provide the maintenance their software was designed to track. Only thing is they fail to understand what a customer wants is more important than their agenda. They don’t want feedback from employees that contradicts their flawed business plan. They will say they are growing but all I witnessed was losing business. Sure they will sign new accounts but believe me when I say it’s only a matter of time before they lose those as well.

They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

Cons

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
