Definitely an old 'boys' club and lingering culture of sexism Some salespeople are rude, yell and abuse their assistants in the office Management is only concerned with the bottom line, does very little to support staff An office of almost150 people doesn't even have an onsite HR person... High stress and the expectation that you should be 'on call' outside of the office (without pay)
