Needs Improvement in Management and Communication - Data Centre Technician CBRE Employee Review

After eight months working in a data center environment in the Netherlands, my overall experience with the company was disappointing. The workplace culture felt rigid and unhealthy, with poor management practices, lack of respect, and limited teamwork. Communication was often stressful and unprofessional, and employee concerns were not taken seriously. There appeared to be a gap between the company’s stated values and the reality, with a stronger focus on hierarchy, competition, and results rather than people. Additionally, certain safety and training practices raised concerns. Overall, the environment did not reflect the supportive and collaborative culture expected in similar organizations.
