Pros
1. Free food weekly. 2. Employee can be entertaining while trying to one up everyone only to show them over and over again, they don’t know how to do their job at all.
Cons
Horrible pay, no raises after over a year, bad bonuses after over a year of working there do you even qualify, no air conidtioning/fresh air in welding shop all year, company wastes excessive amounts of money on things they throw away instead of what would be useful to employees, and last but not least- the bathroom they allow shop employees to use would make a porta-John on Skid Row seem like a luxury
