Management is horrible. They are more concerned about profit than client care and the health of workers (mental & physical health).
Make you work long hours with unpaid breaks in between--basically spending 12 hours but only working 8 hours.
Cheques and pay hours are always wrong.
No support from management; NO SICK DAYS.
Low wage for the amount of work required to do.
Very exhausting and will take a toll on your mental health.
You get your hours based on favouritism.
Will not get a follow up on your concerns b/c they prioritize business & profit over the benefit of patient and worker
Patients and their families are always complaining about CBI and how it is managed--always have to stand up for CBI but overtime, it became exhausting because you begin to experience the abuse from upper management that your patients have/are experiencing
-no room for growth in the company
-they treat PSWs with little respect
-no work/life balance, expect to make this job your life. Booking days off ahead of time are not guaranteed!
They are always hiring because employees are always quitting... Save your sanity & stay far away from this company!
