Owner cares so much about his employees and the upper management cares so much about personal development that they help you with being better within yourself to strive more in the cannabis industry! I learned so much about basic business fundamentals in sales, also I would get surprised with lunch or gift card bonus for doing a good job !!!! 100/10 recommend
