One free meal per shift and friendly staff.

Cons

Hard to move up. No matter how many good customer reviews or how well you do your job, raises are taboo and you only receive a thank you card with a few dollars in it.

company pays for servsafe certification, accumulate PTO as a Team Lead or higher. 40 hour sick leave for regular team members.

Cons

It can get overwhelming and management can be overworked.

Pros

Free meal, nice management, easy to learn what you gotta do.

Cons

No work life balance, not good for your mental health, not to mention the tasks they give you that you dont even have time for. The ordering process obviously doesnt make sense to the guests. Which means you have to explain everything over and over and over again. Overall, I wouldnt recommend.
