Corporate leadership led by a paranoid autocrat. Environment is plagued with secrecy, distrust and continued undermining of all collaborative work. Staff is required to swear "loyalty" to CEO at meetings, and then asked to reveal if they're unhappy. People come to work each day wondering if that day will be their last.
