      Absolutely None! Do yourself a favor and stay away

      Cons

      College Auto Sales and DamagedCars.com are run by 1 family. They do not care about their staff and unless you are ok with being berated, talked down to and being taken advantage of, you probably will not last long there. It is most definitely the absolute worst work environment, company culture and leadership I have ever encountered in my 20+ years of work experience. There are just too many options out there for anyone to consider working here.

      Our company has been in existence for more than 30 years. Our success is driven by our greatest asset, that being our employees. Since this is a family business, we treat each of our employees as family members allowing them to mature or mold into positions that they excel in and are passionate about. We provide excellent health benefits and retirement plan, and there are always opportunities for an employee to grow within the company.
