Pros
The company is growing pretty rapidly, tripled in size in just two years, so it allows a lot of space to move around or try new things. The benefits are great, arcade games, social hours, free healthcare if you’re single with no kids, all the free food you can practically eat (people actually gain weight after working there). Overall very young employee population and everyone is pretty close.
Cons
A number of managers are managers simply based on tenure which isn’t always great, if they don’t promote you they try to discover some obscene reason as to why they didn’t, rapidly growing results in changes literally daily (you’ll get official emails 2-3 times a day notifying you of these changes) and the grow also means they’re drastically short staffed with 30 callers sitting in queue a consistent feature (despite them winding down on hiring).
