Pros
To start out with, I have been with CARCHEX since January 2014, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. I have worked in sales before and I know how tough it can be to maintain a consistent paycheck while also living a life outside of work. Most commission based companies care only about how many hours of work they can get out of you while you focus on just making ends meet. CARCHEX takes a very different approach where if you have good work ethic and do your job you will make a fantastic living. You can come into the company and after training get to the sales floor and be one of the top producers in the company. Meanwhile they provide you with endless benefits which truly shows you how much they care about your life outside of work. I have brought 2 of my friends into the company and they both have been consistently making a great living and love working here. One of which, in the first 6 months, became team leader because he works hard. (and working hard does not mean 70 hours a week like most sales jobs, just working 40 hours a week) If you are not performing well in the company then you are just not doing your job. CARCHEX also maintains a very balanced approach to being professional but also relaxed. Making it very easy to voice your questions or concerns to anyone in the company including our CEO. I plan to continue my career with CARCHEX for a long long time and would (and have) recommend joining the CARCHEX team to anyone.
Cons
Honestly I do not think there are really any cons about working here. I have never been more satisfied with a company and how they operate. So I guess the absolute only negative is having to be consistent every single day. Which can make it difficult to take a vacation mentally and physically if you want to stay on top. Now with that being said, that is how most jobs are but your paychecks make going on vacation very very easy.
