Pros
There is no cold calling. People research the most reputable companies and we are at the top of the list in almost every case. The management knows what they are doing and if you listen to them and learn from them you can experience success very early on. This is my first year with the company and I will make around 70k. It’s a fun place to work and you will get out of it what you put into it. Very happy here
Cons
Like any sales job, some people you speak to can be abrasive but overall these are all warm leads and the people you talk to are interested in what you are selling.
