Company has no overall goals or direction. The owner has no business experience or understanding of how to grow a business. He cannot be bothered to learn his business yet micromanages others and is easily threatened by other's competency. Pay was terrible and don't expect anyone to know what they're doing, in short, don't expect to learn new skills.
