Cons
-Slow to evolve and adapt to a more linear system of office management creating half finished work on a daily basis -Seniored members not able to let go of old practices which causes miscommunication between collegues and clients and reduces company profits by working none billable company time -Unwillingness to pay overtime on the short-term to bring the company up to speed post pandemic shut-down, making company goals impossible to meet to ideal expectations -Over sharing of personal beliefs to coworkers and clients which comes off unprofessional -No opportunities for growth other than added work experience -Position originally hired for has evolved into more elaborate responsibilities not originally outlined, which continually grew but not equaled in comparative pay to other companies
