Pros

good, hardworking employees, with years of experience in the industry.

Cons

disinterested senior management, crappy pay, team leads who don't have any concept of what it means to LEAD. In NY office, air conditioning still doesn't work, going on three years.

I appreciate your positive comments regarding the tremendous staff we have here at CAMP, we do have hardworking and experienced people working here. The A/C has been replaced with a brand new unit that seems to be working fine. The past couple of years it has been an on and off issue, the company finally decided to rip out the old unit and replace it completely. The issue of salary is often a matter of debate, some people mention decent pay, others are unhappy. There is always room to improve. We do have very many strong managers and team leads within CAMP, we are working to implement some more training in the future

Pros

Stable job opportunity if you can handle covering for everyone that calls out and all the pissed off customers yelling at you. They will not fire you as long as you show up and do the minimum.

Cons

In addition to the avalanche of work that can't possibility be managed, Camp Systems will not allot pay raises other than a 3% annual. I now take home less than I started with 3 years ago due to the increase in employer paid benefits. Turnover is atrocious and you will make up the difference with the workload on a daily bases. Working early shifts, late shift, and weekends. Covering for other office locals when employees are out, which is quite often. Senior employees are rewarded job performance while junior employees are often brow beat by the Senior's for speaking up or asking questions.
