Pros
Working with the CK store has helped me to talked to new people on a regular basis. Our typical day consist maintaining standards in the men's and women's department with the store's ambiance and appearance. Especially, helping with customers finding the right size and outfits, replenishing our clothing supplies at our fixtures and shelves. More importantly, getting along with your co-workers supervisors and closing team with the amazing clothing discount we get from each item.
Cons
Sometimes we are understaffed and overworked with no minimal structure on organization, there sometimes a discrepancy with the managers on what to do and if you ask something for clarity and specification and they get flustered and irritated. Closing the store is an issue where customer have made a huge mess and they come to the store 5 minutes before closing.
