Great company but has some work to do - Anonymous employee CALIBRE Systems Employee Review

I have been working at Calibre full time for several years now. I think is a great company. I love that is employee-owned! But they need to get more contracts. That way they can offer more opportunities to their employees and better salary. They care about their employees, so that's a huge plus!
