Pros
Student population - it's nice to see so many underrepresented, first-gen students.
Cons
The office I was in was a joke- management was horrid and cruel. They played favoritism in play view and not once practiced staff appreciation. Everyday felt like I was just waiting to be yelled at for not knowing something which was never taught to me since the training is non-existent. It is not an exaggeration when I say I was invisible in that office my first month. People hardly said 'Hi' or offered to help. All the new people were basically left to sink or swim. It was such a toxic environment that I fell ill many times. The office politics and the fake people that surrounded me were unbearable. I witnessed the worst kinds if fakeness in terms of personalities and false friendships than I ever have in my life- worse than high school. I dealt with a co-worker who I had to report for harassment due to his unwelcomed and forced interactions and I did not receive any help or compassion from the school. I felt as though they did not take my claims or my feelings seriously. I never felt appreciated. The food options on campus are laughable. The restaurant-like cafe is over-priced.
