Pros
Great company to work for and learn, especially just starting out in the field. Management is generally quite competent and approachable, with some real superstars who take a genuine interest in your development as it certainly benefits them as well.
Cons
Due to client based nature of business, growth and learning additional skills can sometimes be limited. Also, hard to get a layout of the company from your daily work. Related departments do not interact regularly, and looking for additional opportunities within the company can be cumbersome. Compensation and benefits are not particularly noteworthy and considerably less than other organizations I've work for that are similar in size and scope, but its a good place to get your foot in the door into the industry if you have some flexibility.
