Poor Company & Poor Work Experience - Anonymous employee CAHEC Employee Review

Management team is a joke. Communication is non-existent. Culture of underachieving & poor morale. There is no value or appreciation of their staff. CEO is one of the weakest leaders I have ever had the experience to work with. He takes no accountability for his management team. One of his staff is a pathological liar, he knows it and chooses not to manage it. Most staff are so demoralised they can barely function. This company has lost roughly a third of their staff in the past year.
