I personally started as a Leasing Agent and, through mentorship, recognition, and hard work, was able to grow into leadership and eventually move into a corporate role and team lead. A culture that values collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Leadership that trusts employees to bring ideas forward and contribute to improving processes and systems. Great opportunities to build relationships across teams, including working with property teams, third-party representatives, and leadership to improve reporting, systems, and overall operations.

As with many growing companies, processes and systems are always evolving, which can sometimes require teams to adapt quickly. However, leadership is generally open to feedback and improvements.

I've since left and joined another company.. I truly miss the people at CAF. This is where I started my career in apartments. You work hard at CAF but the growth is so much better than other companies.

Because the company operates across multiple states and cities, there is limited interaction with employees and teams at other properties. Increased cross-location communication and collaboration could help strengthen connections across the organization.
