Terrible environment to work. You are not safe. -HR and managers lie to workers, for example when they said that were implementing a 6 weeks vacation to enter the 100 best companies in Canada, but one year later said that was not exactly like that, that certain rules needed to apply, and that managers were applying incorrectly the police. -They say that they have policies like Women in Tech but when having a lay off they fired a lot of women. -Terrible managers who don't make any effort for their employees, or to maintain a good work environment. -Company makes many changes in teams and managers, which makes the team work through constant pressure of organizational changes. - Don't ever leave a safe position to come to this company, because they will not give any value to you.
