Cons
Upper management, in particular, the center leader leads by fear. If you don't click then you get terminated, it doesn't matter the amount of value you have created for the company. The flight instructors are treated horribly, and upper management routinely jokes about firing people just because. HR does nothing and does not want to get on the bad side of the center leader for fear of repercussions. In addition, the company claims to have earned more money than it actually has, which falsified earnings for 2019 simply due to not understanding earned value management.
